Latin playboys C Note are not your typical pre-fabricated ΓÇ£Boy BandΓÇ¥ who came together at some bogus audition held by a greasy old record exec. These longtime friends met in a Florida high school, sharing a common ancestry that covers such Spanish terrain as the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. The groupΓÇÖs Brody, Raul, David, and Dru started singing in malls and elevators (or any location frequented by pretty girls) and got serious about their collective careers soon after graduation. They combine jazzy R&B with bilingual lyrics and sassy rhythms on their debut disc, Different Kind Of Love. And with a name that spells out the credo: ΓÇ£Creating Nothing Other Than Excellence,ΓÇ¥ you can be sure this four-piece collective will be creating a different kind of music for a long time to come.
